Yes, your child is provided with a snack daily in the program. If your child has food allergies, please notify your school’s coordinator and school cafeteria manager immediately.

Limited scholarships are available to families who qualify. All scholarships are on a first come first served basis. Families awarded a scholarship will pay 25%- 50% of the tuition costs. Parents must be employed or be a full-time student. Submit two paystubs or school schedules for full time students with the completed scholarship application.

Dramatic Education adheres to the code of conduct of Orange County Public Schools.
- Guidelines when rules and expectations are not followed:
- Step 1: Verbal warning
- Step 2: Time out from the activity (age – age-appropriate)
- Step 3: Written Behavior communicated to the parent/guardian
- Step 4: Conference with parent to form an action plan
- Step 5: Meeting with the supervisor
- Dramatic Education reserves the right to dismiss a child from the program for repeated behavioral concerns.
Electronics (phones, tablets etc.) must be put away during before/after school program. Dramatic Education Staff is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
A $14 per student (not to exceed $28 per family), annual registration fee will be billed at the time of enrollment. Registration fees are non-refundable.
Tuition is paid monthly, ONLINE. Auto debit accounts will be processed every month on the 1st. Tuition is calculated based on the number of teaching days in the month. You do not pay for days when there are no classes scheduled. Accounts with a balance on the 4th of the month are subject to auto debit and/or a late fee if applicable. All payments must be made online using ACH, Debit or Credit Card. This is safer, smoother and done for your protection and ours.
In accordance with The Florida State Constitution (Article VII, section 10), tuition must be paid in advance, therefore, your tuition is due on the 1st of each month with a 3-day grace period. Dramatic Education has a “No Pay, No Stay” policy that will be strictly enforced. Habitual late payments or a past due balance on your account will result in dismissal from the program. Money Orders, Cash and Checks will be returned to you and your account will be marked past due. A deposit will be required to return to the program.
We do not offer daily, drop-in or half week tuition rates. We do not prorate or credit for absences. If you have a scheduled event planned and will be absent for a full week or more, you must notify the main Billing department via the parent portal before your new invoice is created. No refunds on tuition will be given. If you place your account on hold, make changes to your attendance or withdraw from the program and wish to return, your account will be charged $10 service fee. Emergency and/or extended illnesses will be handled on a case by case bases.
Parents will be assessed a $10 late fee every 15 minutes after the program closes at 6 pm. The fee will automatically be included on the next invoice. If late pick-up is a repeated occurrence, Dramatic Education reserves the right to dismiss the student from the program.
